Lutsen Resort: A historic loss for Minnesota.

The recent news of the historic lodge burning down last week in northern Minnesota hit me hard. It’s more than just a tragic event; it feels like a personal loss. I’ve been deeply involved in marketing for the resort over the years, forming countless memories and connections with the place.

From working in the lodge after skiing all day at Lutsen Mountains to spending quality time with my kids in the game room, the lodge holds a special place in my heart. I have spent countless evenings by the bonfire on the beach, cherishing the history and atmosphere of this iconic lodge.
